Talassemtane National Park Located in the northern part of Morocco, Talassemtane national park is at the heart of the Rif mountains with 589.5 square-kilometer and partially giving on the Mediterranean Sea. Established in the early years of 2000, this national park was created to help preserve the few remaining fir forests in Morocco also known as the Andalusian National Tree – native to the southern part of Spain and the north of Morocco.
